Sad to say I missed out on the Gypsy Screen protectors for $5.39 as I emailed them with a question. I find unfortunately that email is a slower than actually calling them when you have an issue. I have ALWAYS received FANTASTIC Customer Service from Provo Craft, either via telephone or email. It's just when you are a bit impatient email is slower than calling, a fact..
