Welcome Tuesday!!Today is Card Creating Tuesday at My Cricut Craft Room and the Theme is Spring Card. I love spring, really I do but I hate looking for Spring colors. Instead of a Spring Colored card I decided to create a Spring shaped card.
It really is an easy peasy card..
This adorable Bunny cut is from the Holiday Cakes Cartridge
I used my Imagine (when do I NOT use it)
Cricut Craft Room Program
RGBC Codes
and the Imagine Pattern Cartridge Elise
Bunny Card Base :
Bunny Image 5.486 x 5.042
I then copied and pasted the same Bunny Image
then I flipped the 2nd Bunny image so it would mirror the first
I bumped the noses of the bunnies together and then welded them
Bunny Layer with holes (Eastr5-s) in Chocolate Brown 5.5 x 5.056
I used the RGB Code and filled the cut with this color
Sienna | 160-82-45 |
Happy Easter Base Shadow 3.208 x 2.069
I filled this cut with a green color from the Elise Pattern Cartridge
Happy Easter 3.083 x 1.972
I filled this with a Pink from the Elise Cartridge
When I selected Cut I put my speed of the Cut at 3 and Depth at 4
I used Close to My Heart White Colonial Yardstick
Putting the Card Together:
When I put the card together I just added a few things to give the card a bit more dimension
I added some Vintage Photo Distress Ink to the top layer cut (Eastr5-s)
I used a snail adhesive to adhere top layer (Eastr5-s) to the card
I also took a Faber Castell Artist Pen and traced the inside of the circles
I then used some Pink Fun Flock for the Nose
I added a small ribbon in Colonial White from CTMH
On the inside of the card I added the Happy Easter sentiment
I used Versamark Dazzle on the top cut then Heat Embossed it in
Baby Pink from Close to My Heart
