Mushrooms & Cricut Craft Rooom

Morning Bloggers!
Welcome to the Monday Edition of My Imagine - ation Monday!!

This Monday I decided to work with my Imagine (of course)
Cricut Craft Room and the Digital Cartridge Gnomes & Mushrooms

This is how it looked in CCR

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Mushrooms! Really I do.. So I decided to create a Mushroom shaped card..
I put the image on the mat and sized it 4.5 x 5.22
then copied, pasted and rotated it so the two images could be welded together
I then took the layers and sized them appropriately by lining them up in
the base image and filled them with patterns from the Imagine Cartridge Audrey

Be sure you stop by MCCR and check out what the other DT have designed today

Just a fun little Bag I created, I was thinking of either adding a baby gift and more ribbon or Candy!!

This Goodie Bag was created using the Imagine Cartridge Greeting Cards Inside & Out

Back of Bag.. I thought about repeating the design but opted not to.
I just love the colors and pattern on this cartridge!

This is just a regular Brown Lunch Sack that I cut in half then used a border punch on

I purchased this Cartridge from Erica's Craft Room Store

Imagination Monday

Good Afternoon Bloggers! Welcome to the wonderful Monday edition of My Imagination Monday as part of the My Cricut Craft Room Design Team!

Today I created a card using Cricut Essentials & the Imagine pattern Cartridge Audrey

I received this sheet of acetate from Erica at My Cricut Craft Room when I received an order I placed with her, she had provided some DT Perks.. Thanks Erica.
As soon as I saw this sheet I knew I wanted to create a card with it.

I cut the 8 1/2 x 11 sheet down to an A2 sized Card (5.5 x 4.25)

After I cut the acetate sheet I used my scor-pal and scored the card
so I could fold it in half.

I then turned on my Imagine and the Cricut Craft Room
I decided to play with a cartridge I had not used in a while the cartridge Cricut Essentials, I also used the Imagine Pattern Cartridge Audrey it is one of my favorites.

The CS on the inside of the card has been embossed with a Sizzix embossing folder
the sentiment comes from an {ippity} stamp set called Life's Little Moments

The Front of the Card I cut the scallop border to fit across the front of the card and filled it with this tangerine color then inked the edges with Memento Ink London Fog
I added some Gray Ribbon
The Circles were filled with patterns from the Audrey Cartridge
while the base of the circles were filled with Grey

I popped the circles with 3M Foam adhesive for dimension

Life's Little Moments

Theme Day Thursday

I hope you have come from Erica's blog first but IF not, please head back over there at mycricutcraftroom.blogspot.com and follow my Design team Sisters in their creativity for either their theme cartridge or today's other choice of Wedding.. something New.
Erica has decided today, we could pick our own THEME cartridge for today...  decisions.. decisions.. so many good ones to pick..

Today I am using Cricut Everyday and Cricut Decals
I am also working in a Smash Folio which came from

I wanted to showcase my Cricut Rewards slips in my Smash Book
So I used a SMASH Pocket , to hold my Rewards Certificates.
I then cut a Bug Head using Cricut Everyday and the saying Big Bug
On the pocket there is a SMASH Clip, I also used this cute retro SMASH sticker that says: makes me happy
The polka dot paper at the top is from my paper stash bin and I like what it adds to the page

Here is an up close look at Big Bug. You can see that I took a Black Pen and traced the letters to give them some definition, it is not straight or perfect which I like

This page is all bout me and my weight loss journey
I used Cricut Decals & my Imagine
Way to Go was pattern filled with Industrial Glow and the Girl with weights was cute in Pink Shadow and white

This is a clean and simple page with some journaling but I like the effect the Cricut cuts add to my page.

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope all of you have a FABULOUSLY Crafty Day..

Please head over to...  mycricutcraftroom.blogspot.com to be more inspired by my DT sisters!

Happy Mother's Day

A Mother…
When you’re a child she walks before you,
To set an example.
When you’re a teenager she walks behind you
To be there should you need her.
When you’re an adult she walks beside you
So that as two friends you can enjoy life together..

Prom Night

While I was on vacation in Jamaica my oldest daughter Amanda went to the Prom.
It was not intentional to miss Prom but she has 3 more years of Proms to attend. I was very happy that my Mother was able to capture the moment for her and I am sure her friend Angel did as well..

We found her dress, & shoes before I left on vacation... I really love the dress and need to take a picture of the shoes they are HOT!

Amanda with her hair in pretty curls

Amanda, Angel & AJ

Amanda & AJ

He is sooo tall!!

Amanda wearing her tank top from Jamaica, I don't know what the face is about but it's FUNNY and kind of cute the longer you look at it.. LOL

Angel & AJ are twins and I am glad that Amanda has such a sweet boy in her life.
When I was viewing these photos in Jamaica, I couldn't believe how MUCH taller AJ is than Amanda and she is in heels! (I think she was wearing the heels for the photos?)
