Good Morning!
I'm finally getting a blog post up, yay! I've been fighting massive migraines for a few weeks and that just zaps all my creative energy.
Today I have a fun card to share.
It's my teacher's aide's birthday today and I wanted to give her a handmade card.
She loves scrapbooking and cardmaking so a homemade card is perfect for her. Tucked inside is a gift card for The Gap, she loves to shop just like me!
To create this card:
-I used the January Stamp of the Month and heat embossed the large teal hearts first.
-I heat embossed gold embossing powder around the edge of my card.
-I then stamped and cut out the pink hearts and pop dotted them to the center of the teal hearts.
-I stamped the "You Are the Best" and heat embossed it in gold and then embossed gold embossing powder around the edge of the block.
-I pop dotted the "You Are the Best" to the center of the card.
-I added bling to the centers of the hearts.
This card was super fun to create and I hope I have inspired you to pull out your stamps and have some fun today!
