About Me

Hi, My name is Heather I am a Craft-aholic along with a shop-aholic. (shh it's a secret that I try to keep from my husband)

I am a Military Wife, my husband is currently active duty and has served in the Navy for the past 23 years, I couldn't be more proud of my Husband for his service and just the wonderful person he is.

I began crafting in 2001 while living Overseas in Japan, at first it was something to pass the time then slowly became something I am VERY Passionate about. I love sharing my love for crafting with anyone, explaining and or teaching how I created something and helping people to create something that they love. I would love to be your Journey Coach and share my passion for crafting and or to have you as a part of my Team.

I don't think I have one style that would define me as crafter, unless procraftination and last minute craftiness are a style. I like to try new products, new techniques I like to make a card and have it be fabulous but I will also make cards I am not happy with, I am not afraid to fail at crafting because it is just another opportunity to explore unique ways in which to use products/techniques and or re-purpose the project I am unhappy with.

I am a Mother of 2 beautiful Teenage Daughters who are the light of my life and a WONDERFUL amazingly supportive Husband.
I have 2 wonderful Daughters who are the light of my life and also the ones causing me to go gray requiring contemplation of dying my hair at the young age of 35.
Amanda is my oldest a Drama Queen, meant in the nicest way and the the fact that she loves being in the Drama Club at school, she sings you can hear her music on iTunes, she recently auditioned for X-Factor and made it through from Video auditions to round 2 of live auditions in New Orleans, I am very proud of her!

Update: 2016 Amanda has graduated High School in 2015 and has recently decided to take a year off from School and Travel the US in an RV to explore and have an adventure. She is the girl with a plan, we wish her nothing but the best experience in the #camperlife trend that is sweeping the nation along with small houses and smaller footprints.

My youngest (she doesn't want me to call her my baby anymore) just finished her 8th grade year with A, B Honor Roll something we are also VERY proud of, Caitlin has become quite the young lady. She took Choir this year and is just sort of mellowing and relaxing after modeling and being busy with that in Japan I think she just needed a break.. I can NOT believe that in the 2013/2014 school year I will have 2 children in High School!! WHAT!!

Update 2016: Caitlin is a Senior in High School, I just can't believe it.. While 2017 will be the year she can obtain her actual Drivers License I am enjoying the dependency she still has on us. She is weighing her options for the future, College Life vs. Military Life. We wish nothing but the best for her ..
